Cliffside Court Co-op is a nonprofit housing co-operative situated south of Kingston Road, between Midland and Danforth Avenues. Our 8 walk up buildings are minutes from the Scarborough Bluffs, schools, churches, shopping, TTC and other amenities. $766/month for a large, bright, 2 bedroom unit that includes utilities, cable and parking for 1 vehicle!
Members of the co-operative are responsible for the running of the co-op and the maintenance of the units, buildings and grounds. Membership requirements include volunteering time and labour on a consistent basis, as this is the key to keeping our monthly rental charges low.

Cliffside Housing Co-operative

If you are interested in applying for membership in Cliffside Court Housing Co-operative, you must first attend one of our Orientation Sessions. These sessions are designed for prospective applicants to learn more about our community, and co-operative principles, and we encourage the whole family to attend. Membership applications are distributed at the end of the session only, and the application process will be explained in full detail at the session.

We are located at 11 Delano Place which is off Ridgemoor Avenue, south of Kingston Road, west of Midland and east of Cliffside. If you are taking the TTC, take the Kingston Road 12 or 12B bus from either Victoria Park Station, or Kennedy Station. If coming from Victoria Park Station (traveling east), ask the driver to let you off at Ridgemoor Avenue. If coming from Kennedy Station (traveling west), ask the driver to let you off at Sharpe Street (cross to the south side, which is Ridgemoor Avenue. Walk south on Ridgemoor Avenue until you reach Delano Place. The meetings are held in Building 11 (Buzzer Code #011).
