This is a nonprofit housing co-operative. A housing co-operative is able to keep housing charges reasonable because the members (residents) provide volunteer labour for general repairs, building cleanliness and grounds up keep. This is done in accordance with the individual's skill level. Currently, we are looking for new Members who possess some general maintenance skill and a desire to participate.
