1. Placing an ad on our "Message Board" is free.
   Place an ad with the details of the rental place you are "looking for" and landlords will contact you.
2. At no extra charge and at any time you can Renew / Edit / Delete your ad.
3. Ads typically remain up for a month but can stay up longer if Renewed.
   An email will be sent to you as a reminder before your ad expires.
