Spread out the paper on a sheet, some plastic or newspaper, and totally cover it on both sides with the glue. When the glue dries, it hardens and makes for a good surface for the side table, so be pretty generous.<\/p>\n<p>Lay the paper over the table top, or cover the whole thing.
