There is a veranda and backyard.    It is conveniently located with steps to the bus from the house.  The bus takes you to the Warden subway station in about 7-8 minutes.  Downtown from there is 25 or so minutes.  Going north, you will take one bus on Danforth Road turning into McCowan, going to the Scarborough Town Centre area.  We have excellent grocery shopping in the area along Eglinton Ave East and also within walking distance from the house.  Schools close by too.   


Requirements:

Good job (2 yrs min) with references - Non smokers - no pets (or plans) - filed your taxes and supply us with a 2017 NOA -  reasonable credit rating renter's insurance - proof of paying your rent (bank statement) - quiet, clean and cooperative always - pay rent 2 days before due (appreciated) - take pride in your home - first and last month's rent - report and pay for all damages to apartment immediately (no outside contractors) - application to rent to be completed.  Successful Applicants MUST Provide: 

- 1st and last month Rent in Certified Cheque or Bank Draft 
- Credit Report from Equifax or Transunion   (Credit Karma, free, ok)
- Employment Letter and/or employer contact information 
- 1 or 2 References from the previous landlords 
- Photocopy of two pieces of government-issued photo ID  (driver's licence/passport)
